Terms and Conditions

Guest means a person included in a reservation. The Lead Guest is the person aged 21 or over who accepts responsibility for the group. Villa means Atlantic Heritage Luxury Villa at 29 Canada Nova, Criação Velha. Website means atlanticheritagevilla.com.

Rates vary by dates, occupancy and booking conditions. The total price, taxes, services and conditions shown in the confirmed reservation take precedence over indicative information on the website. A minimum stay of three nights normally applies unless otherwise approved.

Core services may include breakfast, housekeeping, toiletries and personal assistance. Complimentary laundry is included with every reservation. The private infinity pool is heated throughout the year, and registered guests have 24/7 access to both the pool and indoor jacuzzi. Private dining, groceries, transport and island experiences are optional, subject to availability and possible additional charges.

A booking is secured only after confirmation and receipt of any required payment. Unless the confirmed rate states otherwise, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due by arrival. Accepted methods and payment deadlines are stated during booking.

Maximum occupancy is eight adults. Only registered guests may stay without prior written approval. The Lead Guest must be at least 21 and is responsible for minors and group conduct. Child rates, if applicable, are shown before confirmation.

Standard check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Valid identification is required. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval and may involve a charge. Keys must be returned as agreed.

No unauthorised parties, events, pets or smoking inside. Outdoor noise must remain reasonable, particularly after 22:00. Doors, windows and pool access must be secured when unattended. Dangerous, unlawful or seriously disruptive behaviour may end the stay without refund, subject to mandatory law.

Housekeeping is coordinated for an agreed time. Guests must report damage or loss promptly and are responsible for documented reasonable repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear. Staff may access the villa for agreed housekeeping, maintenance or emergencies.

Requests must be made in writing. Unless the confirmed booking states different conditions, cancellation at least 90 days before arrival is without cancellation charge; within 90 days, 50% of the reservation price is charged. Modifications depend on availability. Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended.

Atlantic Heritage is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government action, civil disruption or comparable circumstances. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Adults use the pool and jacuzzi at their own risk. Children and weak swimmers require constant adult supervision. No diving, running, glass, dangerous play or use while impaired. Do not sit or walk on the infinity edge or alter equipment. Jacuzzi temperature must not exceed 38°C.

Allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements must be communicated before arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made, but an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Booking, payment, communications and experience providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
